WHO WE ARE
The SEGMe law firm (Sousa Elias and Garcia Meirelles - Advocacia e Consultoria), initially named Sousa Advocacia, was founded in September 2016 by lawyer Samuel Sousa Júnior, registered with OAB / GO under number 47.041, intending to provide services in an efficient and transparent manner, always striving for good customer service. The founding lawyer graduated in 2016 from the Federal University of Goiás and has good experience in the tax field, especially in matters related to federal taxes. This experience was achieved after working as a civil servant, from 2009 to 2016 at the Federal Revenue Service, having worked in the public service and in the judicial monitoring team, at the Federal Revenue Service of Brazil in Goiânia.
Acting mainly in Tax Law (recovery of taxes, tax assessments and assessments, tax foreclosures, debt cancellation actions, etc.), it also provides services in Administrative Law (civil servants, public tenders and administrative contracts) and Civil Law (monthly assistance to companies, administrative and judicial collections and analysis, monitoring, preparation and review of contracts).

In 2021, lawyers Olinto Meirelles Filho and Ingrid Elias Silvestre joined the company. Dr. Olinto Meirelles Filho, OAB / SP No. 386,879, is a graduate of the Pontifical Catholic University of the State of Goiás, with a postgraduate degree in Tax Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, graduated from Cenofisco in Tax Analysis, having already worked as a Tax Consultant , in drafting accounting and tax reconciliation projects, mapping legislation, raising tax credits, among others, from 2016 to 2019.

Dr. Ingrid Elias Silvestre, OAB / GO n. 55,794, graduated in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Goiás, post-graduated in Energy Law from CEDIN - Center for Studies in Law and Business and in Civil Law and Civil Procedure from ATAME Goiânia. He works in the Civil and Energy Law areas, with experience in Regulatory Law, Distributed Generation and Renewable Sources. She is also a Judicial Conciliator certified by the National Council of Justice, member of the Special Commission on Energy Law of OAB Goiás, Board of Directors of the Association of Electric Energy Prosecutors - APEEL and Arbitrator in the Chamber of Arbitration and Conciliation of the Patrimonial Social Service of Goiás ( CAMSESP).
